How do I start a chat?
Pick Video, Audio or Text at the bottom of the screen and tap Start. You are matched with a live girl in seconds — see the full flow.
Do I need an account or an app?
No. Chat USA runs in your browser with no download and no registration, like a chat with no registration. Add it to your home screen for one-tap access.
Which devices work?
Any modern phone or desktop browser. Switch between your phone and laptop freely — nothing to install either way.
Do I have to use my camera?
Only in Video match. Choose Audio for voice only, or Text to type with no camera or mic at all.
Where does the “Start” button take me?
Straight into matching. You give camera or mic permission if your mode needs it, and you are connected with the first person who is live. No lobby, no wait.
02Matching & modes
What's the difference between Video, Audio and Text match?
Video is face to face, camera on; Audio is voice only, camera off; Text is typing only. All three use the same instant matching and the same Next button.
How does auto-translation work?
Messages are translated automatically — you type in English, she reads it in Spanish, and her reply comes back in English. Great for the chat latino USA crowd. Turn it off any time.
Can I choose who I meet?
Matching is instant and live, so you meet whoever is online at that moment. Prefer to browse first? Try girls chat.
How do I skip to someone new?
Tap Next and a new person appears instantly — as often as you like.
Can I switch modes mid-session?
Yes. You can start in Text to break the ice and move to cam to cam once there's trust, or drop from video to audio whenever you like.
Why do most people I meet speak Spanish?

What are welcome credits?
Free credits that cover your first chats when you begin. When they run out, continuing is an optional top-up.
How much does it cost to continue?
You always see the price before you tap — no hidden charges and nothing auto-billed. If a price isn't shown, don't pay.
Do you take my card to start?
No. You never enter payment details just to begin a chat.
Will I be charged automatically?
No auto-billing and no surprise charges. Any top-up is a choice you make with the price shown up front.
04Camera & tech fixes
Allow camera and microphone when the browser asks, close other apps using the camera, and reload the page.
Open your browser's site settings for Chat USA, set camera and mic to Allow, then reload.
Switch to a stronger Wi-Fi or signal, close heavy tabs and apps, or try Audio match instead.
Reload the page and tap Start again — a fresh connection usually fixes a stuck matcher.
05Safety & privacy
Is my chat private?
Yes — every call is one-on-one and private, nothing is recorded on your device, and no profile is tied to you.
How do I report someone?
Tap report in the call to flag abuse to the 24/7 moderation team, then Next. Full guidance is on the safety page.
Someone asked me for money — what do I do?
End the call immediately and report them. No real girl on a free chat needs money, gifts or crypto — it is always a scam.
